Returns & Refund Policy for India Bazaar (by Patio Das India)

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for any reason before the shipment has left our European distribution center. Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% will be applied to cover administrative and payment processing costs. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer an option.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or store credits for a change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only available for faulty or damaged products. This policy applies even if you believe a fragrance does not smell as expected or a product does not function as you expected. A product must be physically broken or fail to work as intended to be considered faulty.

Broken/Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Products
We have a 14-day return policy. If you receive your order and find something to be wrong, please contact us at Carewellexp@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Our dedicated team will assist in arranging a refund or replacement for the defective item, provided it is deemed defective or damaged by our team.

Crucial Note for Broken Items: To ensure we can process your claim for items broken in transit, you MUST provide a video of you unboxing the product. This video must be complete and unedited, showing the condition of the exterior packaging before opening, and continuing seamlessly until the broken item is revealed. This is mandatory for verification. Please make sure to record your unboxing for your own protection.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the item has been used, partially used, or if it is a perishable or personal hygiene item (such as soaps or perfumes) that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Lost Items
If your parcel is lost in transit by the designated courier within the EU (or to your international location), this is unfortunately not an issue handled directly by India Bazaar/Patio Das India. You must contact the specific courier used for your shipment to open a lost parcel case. India Bazaar will only intervene if it is conclusively deemed an error on our part (e.g., if the wrong address was provided by us).
